Considerations When Buying Manicure Tables

Businesses such as hairdressers, nail salons, spas and beauty parlors often need to buy a manicure table or two if they offer nail services. Self employed nail technicians may buy a portable manicure table if they travel to clients houses to perform their duties. Individuals may also like to have one in their home if they treat their nails themselves and young girls might like one as a gift where her and her friends can paint their fingernails.

There are many companies that sell a wide range of manicure tables, so you will always be able to find something that suits your taste and budget. Tables range in price from $60 up to over $500 and are made in many different colors, materials and styles. If you are buying one for your business, you will probably want to spend slightly more to get a higher quality table that will last longer. You will also get more comfort and ease of use from your table, the more that you spend.

When browsing the different manicure tables for sale, you should consider the setting in which it will end up. Take into account the colors in your salon as well as the other furniture that is there already. You do not want the table to stick out like a sore thumb – it should fit in well in terms of size, color and design. If all of your other furniture is glass, you probably will not want a wooden nail table. If your salon is quite small, you will not want a large table that will get in the way and customers will bump into.

Depending on your budget you may want to consider a manicure table that has more than one drawer. The more materials that you can keep stored away neatly, the less cluttered your salon will look and the more efficient you will appear. Most tables come with adjustable table lamps and some even come with built in ventilation.

Do not think of your nail tables as an over burdening expense. If you buy wisely they will serve you and your business for years to come and don’t forget the added bonus of being able to offset the cost against your income taxes!
